FROM PRINCIPAL’S DESK
Our children are facing a very unfamiliar scenario. They are quite observant of the situation. They cannot tell you but they are tensed and bored with the dull and drab routine. To add fire to the fuel, we as elder’s sometimes fail to understand the emotions of a child. You are the security channel of your child. They want to be in your company. They seek your attention and love. If your child is unable to concentrate, if he/she has become aggressive, if his/her behavior is not according to your expectation, it is my suggestion that instead of scoldings we have to delve deep to understand underlined cause of this behaviour.
I have come up with many strategies to help the children develop an affinity towards digital teaching/learning process. The students are familiar with this system now. I would like to thank all the parents who assisted their children in handling online deliberations. Senior students can work on digital interactive teaching but roll of the parents in educating their wards about handling online classes in junior wing is commendable.
The children are participating in all sorts of activities ranging from morning assembly to celebration of festivals, Inter-house activities, celebration of national festivals, important days and value based speeches. In the morning assembly students present thought of the day, speeches, poem, health tips. The assembly starts with the morning prayer. It is held class-wise and whole school has been involved.
Examination and tests are also conducted online in a way that the adoption of unfair-means is minimized. All the students are fully comfortable with online teaching, learning and conduction of activities etc. Still I would like to welcome your valuable suggestions. I would like to incorporate them in my strategies if feasable I would like to incorporate them in my teaching/learning strategies.
I would like to congratulate all the parents for the excellent board result. The results in classes X and XII has been 100% & is par excellence. The toppers in both the classes have scored 95% marks. The toppers in class XII is Jasmine and the topper of class X is Bharat Lal. The list of high achievers is very long and surely it will be displayed in the public domain.
I would like to conclude by writing that it is with the proper coordination of trio (teachers/parents/child) only that the ladder of success can be climbed. If we all work as a team under the team leader, no one can stop us to reach the zenith.
