Follow our six-step process designed to be transparent, efficient, and supportive for every parent and student.
Enquiry & Information
Reach out to our admission team via phone, WhatsApp, or visit the campus. Our counsellors will share detailed information about curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and available seats.
Registration
Collect the registration form from the school office or download it online. Fill in student and parent details accurately and submit along with the registration fee and passport-size photographs.
Interaction Session
A friendly interaction between the student, parents, and school authorities. For younger children, this is an informal readiness assessment. For higher classes, a brief academic evaluation may be conducted.
Document Verification
Submit all required original documents along with self-attested photocopies. Our team will verify authenticity and completeness. Incomplete submissions may delay the admission process.
Fee Deposit
Upon selection, complete the admission by paying the applicable tuition fee, development charges, and other applicable fees as per the school's fee schedule. Payment can be made via cash, cheque, or online transfer.
Admission Confirmation
Receive the official admission letter, student ID, uniform details, book list, and school calendar. Welcome to the Chanakaya family — your child's journey of excellence begins!
Age Criteria & Requirements
As per CBSE guidelines, the minimum age for admission is calculated as on 31st March of the academic year.
Pre-Nursery – KG
Play-based learning environment with focus on motor skills, social development, and early literacy.
Class I – V
Foundation years with activity-based learning, value education, and co-curricular exposure.
Class VI – XII
Subject-specific streams available. Transfer certificate and previous report cards mandatory.

Important: For students transferring from another school, a Transfer Certificate (TC) and Character Certificate are mandatory. Migration certificate is required for students coming from a different state board. Caste certificate (if applicable) should also be submitted.
